Divine Light Meditation Training​

​We teach the Mudrashram System of Integral Meditation, also known as "The Yoga of the Seven Mudras." ​​

​The Divine Light is central in our tradition.

This transformative spiritual energy has been called Grace, Shakti, the Holy Spirit, The Light, Barakah, ECK, and the Light Fire of the Spirit, among other names.

In our intermediate-level courses you learn powerful methods to draw down this Divine Light into you.

 

It is also transmitted to from teacher to student by the medium of seven sacred hand gestures (initiatory mudras) to awaken you, illumine you, and accelerate your spiritual evolution.​​​​​​​

The Sanskrit term "Yoga" means "Union."

 

The Yoga of the Seven Mudras is a meditation system that produces greater union between your Human Self and your Higher Self, or Soul.

 

It also produces greater union between your Soul and the Divine Source, or God.

It combines powerful meditation techniques from many branches of Yoga into a single, integrated system.
